Rose House is a three-bedroom detached property situated near the Cornish village of Scorrier, not far from the town of Redruth and the spectacular north Cornish coast. The house is a former mine captain’s house dating from the early 19th century. Inside the house are two reception rooms, a kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom (including a toilet). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third bedroom which is used as an office. The grounds are spacious and mostly laid to lawn.
